Objective
To conceptualize and build a transportable architectural model that visualizes the future of retail as a physical storytelling platform for the Deloitte Retail Vertical. The project translates Deloitte’s retail vision, research insights, emerging technologies, and evolving consumption patterns into an interactive “physical pitch deck” that communicates thought leadership to global audiences. Designed to be region-neutral yet universally relatable, the model integrates motorized architectural elements, app-controlled interactions, and VR compatibility to showcase Deloitte’s current and future retail solutions in a tangible and immersive format.






Execution
The project was executed as a fully integrated design-to-fabrication initiative, translating strategic retail foresight into a functional architectural artifact. The team engineered and built a modular, transportable model incorporating motorized structural components, app-based control systems, and VR integration to demonstrate layered retail environments and technology ecosystems. As a strategic communication tool, the model transforms complex backend retail solutions into a tangible, interactive experience, enabling stakeholders to clearly visualize Deloitte’s retail innovations in action. By bridging future-vision research with physical storytelling, the installation strengthens narrative clarity in client engagements and serves as a high-impact centerpiece for global business development presentations.
