Objective
The objective of the J.P. Morgan management development workshop was to equip mid-to-senior leaders with a practical, design-driven approach to communicating ideas clearly, collaboratively, and quickly. Conducted as part of an HR-led leadership initiative, the session introduced low-fidelity prototyping and design thinking as tools for simplifying complex ideas, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and enabling tangible problem-solving in fast-moving organizational environments.

Execution
The workshop was delivered as a high-energy, hands-on learning experience using the design thinking framework adapted for executive learning. Participants worked in mixed-function teams through rapid ideation, model-making, and presentation exercises using simple materials to prototype solutions. The session emphasized human-centric problem framing, collaborative building, and quick testing cycles, resulting in multiple working prototypes and improved clarity in communication and decision-making. The experiential format encouraged leaders to “think with their hands,” fostering trust, engagement, and shared understanding across teams.
